Apllication Form:

(i) Candidates are requsted to download the application form after submitting the mandatory fileds. Application no. Will be generated after submitting the registration .

(ii) Candidates Are Requested To Download And Take Printout Of The Aplication Form.

(iii) The cost of application rs.1000/- (rupees one thousand only) can be paid through demand draft / payment gateway. if amount transferred through payment gateway, particulars should be attached along with the filled in application form.
