The Vellore Institute of Technology Engineering Entrance Examination is known as VITEEE. VITEEE 2019 will be held in April 2019 for granting admissions to various undergraduate engineering programmes in its two campuses, Chennai and Vellore. VIT University will conduct VIT Engineering Entrance Exam (VITEEE) 2019. There are nearly 5,000 B.Tech seats for which around two lakh candidates register and appear every year.

VITEEE 2019 Application Form (online and offline) will be available from November, 2018 onwards. All the correspondence including centre booking and issue of e-admit card details will be through email only. So, the applicants must get ready with valid email id and mobile number for contact.

All questions will be of objective type and as per the exam pattern. Each question will be followed by 4 alternative answers. There will be no negative marking. The Duration of the exam is – 2.30 hours.
VITEEE 2019 Syllabus will be mostly from the State Board of Higher Secondary Education and the CBSE syllabus only. VITEEE 2019 Syllabus for Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics will be available at VITEEE official website.

The Psg College Of Technology will announce the result of the engineering entrance examination on the official website. The candidates will be able to check it by clicking on the link here and entering the Registration Number and Date of Birth in the JEE Main 2019 result portal.
The result will state the score and the merit of the candidate. The score will be determined as per the marking scheme of the examination, whereas, the merit will be calculated on the basis of the secured marks.
The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) 2019 will regulate the common counselling for admissions to 92 Participating Institutes of JEE Main 2018. The main purpose of JoSAA is to provide a single online platform for the candidates to apply in the Participating Institutes of JEE Main 2019 across the country. Admissions to 31 NITs, 22 IITs, ISM Dhanbad, 20 IIITs and 18 Other Government funded Technical Institutes (Other-GFTIs) will be done through the JoSAA 2019. The Counselling of JEE Main 2019 will be held in 6 rounds. The Candidates who appears in JEE Main 2019 will be eligible to register for seat Allocation in the Participating Institutes of JEE Main 2019 and appear for the JEE Main 2019 Counselling.
