The Rajah Muthiah Medical College was established in the year 1985 in the Annaamalai University.Rajah Muthaih Institute Medical College 2018 Admissions are Started. Over the yrars the college has developed steadily into one of the finest medical colleges in south india and has a name for itself in the field of medical education.The MBBS course was recognized by the Medical council of India for 125 seats. The Medical Council of India recognition for 125 admissions was enhanced to 150 seats in 2003 along with 18 Postgraduate degree courses in various Medical specialties were started. Later 10 Diploma courses were added.

Admission Procedure:

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidate should be a Citizen of India. Overseas citizens of India who are registered under section 7A of the Citizenship Act 1955 (Central Act 57 of 1955) are eligible to apply for MBBS/BDS Course subject to the production of proof of such registration

Nativity

Candidate should be a Native of Tamil Nadu
Candidates who have studied from VIII to XII standards at schools inside Tamil Nadu need not enclose the “Nativity Certificate”

iii. Candidates who are native of Tamil Nadu but studied from VIII to XII Std. either partly or completely at schools situated outside Tamil Nadu should produce the “Nativity Certificate”

The Nativity Certificate in Tamil Nadu should be issued by the competent authority only in the specified format available in the prospectus (Annexure-VII (b)) and supported by a copy of Passport/Ration Card/Birth Certificate. If the copy of the supporting document is not produced, then the application will be rejected. Nativity Certificate submitted later will be summarily rejected
Online Applications without a proper Nativity Certificate will not be considered. Permanent Residence Certificate will not be accepted.

Age Limit:

Candidates should have completed 17 years of age on or before 31st of December 2016. (i.e) should have born on or before 31st December 1999. Evidence should be produced

Note : NEET Must be Qualified
